Hemmorhoids are varicose veins of the lower colon. They are distended veins which become engorged with blood because there is excess straining used to empty the bowel, and the mucosal lining is being torn and irritated by hard bowel movements. The way to rid them is to change the diet and toilet habits. First, the diet needs to include more fiber and liquids. He needs to eat more fruits, veg, leafy salads and whole grains, and drink more water and juice. He should add foods which encourage regularity, such as raisins, prunes and such- and eating the entire apple- peel and all, as opposed to eating applesauce.
He needs to take more time in the toilet, allowing the system to empty itself and not straining at all. The doctor can give him a mild stool softener to help ease things until his diet can correct him. He should avoid laxatives, as they are extremely harsh and he certainly doesn't need the diarhea or rebound constipation afterwards.
If he makes the necessary dietary changes, the hemmorhoids will heal themselves within a few months and disappear. He should notice great improvement comfort wise within a month. Meantime, he also needs to clean himself properly after using the toilet. The best way is to use baby wipes and warm water, gently applied to the area. To ease the swollen and tender tissues, you can use makeup cotton pads soaked in witch hazel, or you can buy pads already soaked in it, called Tucks. Applied when you go to the toilet, they help shrink the tissue and ease the pain. If the pain is really bad, the doctor can also prescribe suppositories which numb and shrink the tissues. If he suffers from a burning sensation, keeping the witch hazel or the pads in the refrigerator and using them cold is especially comforting.
Not sitting long periods of time also helps with comfort and healing, but as he is schoolage, this is not really practical. If his teachers will allow him to stand at the back of the class periodically to relieve the pressure, it will help though. He can also soak evenings in a warm tub with a bit of witch hazel added in.
The biggest help in getting rid of them is to alter his diet. It might prove a challenge at his age, but you can tell him that the surgical cure is positively miserable, embarassing, and painful for recovery. It would also involve being propped sunny side up in the bed with a heat lamp on to heal the stitches and bum. Not a pretty picture to imagine, if you are a 12 year old male.

You can find out more about natural hemorrhoids cure here http://curehemorrhoid.info
Diarrhea can contribute to hemorrhoid formation because the bowel undergoes pressure strains due to the condition. Undue pressure on the veins that make up internal hemorrhoidal structures can worsen existing damage. Internal hemorrhoids are not visible, unless they proplapse (protrude) from the anus, either constantly or during a bowel movement. If this is the case, then you have a grade III or IV internal hemorrhoid. If the protrusion is on the anal verge or the area surrounding the anus, then its likely an external hemorrhoid. Reducing pressure from issues of diarrhea and constipation will help. Not straining during a bowel movement, not lifting heavy objects, not sitting for extended periods, all will help.

An external hemorrhoid is simply a vein located at the anal verge, the wall of which as weakened and protruded. Don't push on it, this will only increase pressure and worsen it. The body has to repair the vein wall and rebuild the integrity. This takes time, perhaps weeks, if all goes well. Use sitz baths and over-the-counter medications such as pads or creams to provide symptom relief in the interim. These won't solve the issue long term, but will give the tissue a better chance at self-healing.

Internal hemorrhoids are a different matter and require more intervention. Your best bet is to educate yourself about the condition, its causes and what options there are to treat it both short and long term. Don't ignore it though, hemorrhoids tend to become chronic in nature, lasting years or decades in some cases.

Being constipated all the time or overuse of laxatives can cause hemorrhoids. Being overweight will cause them as well as a genetic predisposition. Ignoring the urge to have a bowel movement will also lead to hemorrhoids.

Your brother needs to watch what he eats, cut out on the fats and increase his fiber, BUT when you increase fiber you have to increase your fluid intake of the fiber will constipate you very badly. When he feels the need to have a bowel movement he should go. Cleaning himself gently rather than roughly will decrease inflammation.

Medical intervention is an option. Many hemorrhoids can be removed simply by having the doctor put a rubber band around the root of it. With the blood supply cut off the hemorrhoid withers and drops off.

Hemorrhoids are swollen and inflamed veins in the anal canal. They can be itchy, bleeding and/or painful protrusions just under the skin. To get rid of hemorrhoids you can use this natural method that already have thousands of positive reviews https://tr.im/wmf8L
There are two types internal and external. Internal are inside the anal canal in the lower rectum and external are at the anus. They result from increased pressure in the veins often due to straining during bowel movements and during pregnancy. Scratching in an attempt to relieve the itching symptoms further weakens the area and compounds the problem.

The doctor should tell you how they arrived in a child so young and provide a treatment. Constipation is one reason why they may appear. Certain others (pregnancy, rapid weight gain) would not apply to your brother.

i don't know how did he get this, maybe he has difficulties going to toilet, so give him more fiber, not fast food. and there re plenty of creams in pharmacies - u put it on and it shrinks and stops aching. also surgery, but my friend had it she said that was horror, and horror lasted many months after - very painful. so i don't think this is appropriate for a child

For severe cases, surgery is required.
