because after all they are apparently USA number one allie so they should be helping fight this war like all the other countries that stuck by the USA when it was needed. We didnt need to go to war but we did it to help USA do you think Isreal will return the favour.

You are a lib. A dirty nasty lib. I can smell you. In your words I read "There is no war on terror, it is all a big Lie. Bush is a liar, and Israel is our enemy, and not our ally"

You are a liberal appeaser. You would rather chew your own than confront the true enemy. Move out (in case you live in the US) Just move out, because you don't belong.

But to answer your question - If we wanted for the Israelis to fight next to us in Iraq, they would be more than happy to join us there. Reason we don't want them there is it will create all sorts of negativity for us in the Muslim world, and only make things worse.
There are some Israeli officers training Kurds in Iraq, but they do it on their own, as private contractors.

There are not Israeli tropes in Iraq , because it is vulnerable issue .USA does not want to involve Israel in this conflict and it is not in Israeli's interest!.it is true that Israel is Us Strong allie.Personally I do not think it will be in the benefit of Israel in a short and long term to participate inside conflict in any Arab countries like Iraq.Don't forget the security of Israel has significant impact not just to US but to entire so called free world and apparently we can see terrorist's culture and statements has the same hatefulness against Israel and the west because terrorist against freedom , peace and democracy in my sense it will be a grate progress for Iraqi people and the region if its government recognize Israel and make a good relations.

The US tends to want Israel not to fight in order to avoid criticism from others that we favor them over the Arab states. I guess we do because these Arab states are producing terrorists. I wonder how many Iraqis are fighting in Iraq, I'd like to see our forces come home sometime soon.

None...Because after Bush started his so called "war on terror",Mr Sharon, back then Israeli prime minister, claimed that his fight against the Palestinian militants should be included in this "war on terror"...And of course Mr Bush accepted it...so they are "helping" the troops in Iraq by fighting on another front...
