she is trying to defaming me by blaming different kind of wrong things in front of others .by the grace of God we have large amount of properties may be she want to convince my parents to throw out me from that wealth i am very despaired so pls tell me what i do to be avoid by her deeds?now i am in another country to make career and to avoid her deeds and misleadings.

at this point, you need to confront the situation and find out what is the cause of defamation to your character. if the truth were to be known, what is the actually condition? if this offends you, remove it from your existence. this should be easy and confrontation to the source should stop this action. have a witness with you during these periods of defamation. of your character. if this doesn't work, take legal action if you are without guilt.

Talk to your brother. Now. Its not right that she is doing that to you. Blood is thicker than water. He will understand you asking him why is she doing this.
Do it for your relationship with your brother, not for the property.

Ask your brother why he is letting his wife do this to you.
Tell him you thought that you were brothers. Why is HE doing this to you.
Tell your parents you are mad at your brother because he will not tell his money hungry wife to stop.
