Are you correct in following your brance of monotheism and are the other 2 groups incorrect in following their paeticular branch of monotheism ?

I phrase the question like this because for some weird reason the good people at YA removed it twice when I asked in a more direct and simple form.

in Islam we believe that the other two branches of monotheism are a part of us. there is recent Christian theology that we disagree with but in the Quran it says this:

"Those who believe (in the Qur'an), and those who follow the Jewish (scriptures), and the Christians and the Sabians,- any who believe in Allah and the Last Day, and work righteousness, shall have their reward with their Lord; on them shall be no fear, nor shall they grieve. "

-Holy Quran Verse 2:62

Jesus came back from the dead, so obviously he knew something that Muhammad did not. I would rather follow someone who knew how to defeat death, then someone who didn't.

And it is documented that Muhammad made false prophecies (second link, below). So it would appear that Muhammad is not a prophet.

As for Judaism, they deny that Jesus is divine, even though there is strong circumstantial evidence that he came beck fro the dead. And if you follow the prophecy in Daniel, then the Messiah was due to come to Israel sometime in the 1st century according to our calender. If Jesus was not the Messiah, then who else was? They have no real answer.

...The resurrection of Christ was the legitimate climax to his unique life and death. He foretold his resurrection to his disciples directly (Mt.16:21) and to others through parables (Mt. 12:40).

Frank Morrison, a British lawyer of the 1930s, undertook an expedition to collect circumstantial evidence to disprove the resurrection. Such evidence, of course, is admissible in all courts of law in civilized countries to prove or disprove events of which there are no living eyewitnesses. When he analyzed the evidence, he reached a stunning conclusion: The resurrection had actually taken place! Morrison presented his case in his book, "Who Moved the Stone?"

Another factor worth considering is the character of the disciples. They were eleven cowardly men who shut themselves in a room after the crucifixion because they were afraid. Yet what galvanized them into action so that within their own lifetime, much of the then known world could hear the message of Christ? Some of them paid for this message with their lives. Would they have done so if the resurrection were a hoax?...

Well, if you went to all the trouble to ask this question 3 times, I guess you really want an answer so I will tell you mine. Any religion that doesn't preach Jesus Christ as Lord (not just a prophet) believe in salvation through him alone, and teaches that you need to walk with him once you have repented is not in accordance with the teachings of Christ. There's no one true religion. There are many good ones out there, but they have to be in accordance with His teachings. He said, "I am the way, the truth and the life. No man comes to the Father but by me."

Zoroaster became despatched by technique of God, certainly. yet later prophets which incorporates Moses received revelations from God, completely nicely matched with what were surpassed right down to Zoroaster. each and every faith absorbs impacts from surrounding cultures. E.g. the idea of the trademarks went from Greek philosophy, by skill of Alexandrian Judaism to early christianity.

Jewish: We're right, Islam is probably sufficient for Muslims (But not Jews who convert), and there is a whole discussion about christianity, some say it's sufficient, some say it isn't.

Well in Islam God gave others the freedom of beleive I cannot say that they are "Wrong" I could only say that they disbelieve in what I beleive in God simply says in The Quraan Last chapter

سورة 109 الكافرون
Say O Muhammad to these disbelievers in Allah, in His Oneness, in His Angels, in His Books, in His Messengers, in the Day of Resurrection, etc.
"I worship not that which you worship,
"Nor will you worship that which I worship.
"And I shall not worship that which you are worshipping.
"Nor will you worship that which I worship.
"To you be your religion, and to me my religion (Islamic Monotheism)."
