If something, it makes you sense fuller swifter. if so, take it sluggish eating (chew sufficiently) and drink your water @ the top of your meal. yet i'm beneficial its alright to drink water for the period of your meal.

no and drinking water actually lines u tummy so you dont over eat, i believe they rec having a glass of water being eatting for this reason
