firstly for what purpose ???? pure or absolute alcohol is readly avilable in many lab supplies etc. or you can distill it out of any ferment or strong liqure
to distill you need an distilling appratus . for small qty you can get kit ( the one that is used in collage labe from a lab supply or hobby shop and use )
for ferment
mix 1 kg of mashed grapes or any frut pulp in 5 lit of water with 20 kg of sugar and 3 large spoons of Brewers yeast ... dont ues yeast that u use to make cake . it does not efficient.
wait for 7 days and distill

Repeated distillation.

Take any mash or liquid containing alcohol, distill it and you will get more alcohol concentrated liquid as the end product.

Repeat the process and you can get up to 95% or so concentration which is defined as pure alcohol in general.
