You must recognize there are 4 stages of pain....they are; tickle, itch, burn and outright pain.. If you are having a burning pain around the eyes, the pain may be verified by finding the notch in the eyebrow and seeing if it is tender to painful. It may be one side or bilateral..Should this finding be made, you will also find a corresponding tenderness at the base of the skull.
Should all these findings turn out to be positive, you do have a neck problem. One which is involving several of the cervical and cranial nerves. You may also have noted increased sensitivity to light..
You give no indication of age, so am going from experience in this type of problem.
It would be advisable to search out a doctor of Chiropractic and have an evaluation of the condition..Need to rule out herniation of any of the discs in the lower cervical spine. Indicated by arm pain. If there are no other problems (physical) such as a changed breathing pattern or palpitations, he can begin treatment.. all things have to be ruled out first. To determine the actual causation of the symptoms.
