How are you obedient to Him? Do you seek His forgiveness? Do you praise Him on a regular basis? Do you seek Him when you need Him but ignore Him the rest of the time?

Hello!! :o) An interesting question. Do I love God? YES. But with all of my heart?! I don't know. [And I'm being quite serious] I love my mom and my brother. So that takes some of my heart. And I love other people too. I try to be obedient to God. [Doing what I think is pleasing to God] And I often ask God for forgiveness. No doubt though - I'm doing many things that I ought to ask God to forgive - but am unaware of the offenses. As for praising God - I'm not really sure how one does that - exactly. Many people [obviously] believe that by merely SAYING, "Praise the Lord", they are actually praising the Lord. But the word 'praise' is a verb - an action word. If I was going to praise a friend - I wouldn't say, "I praise you John". I do know that God is worthy of praise - however - so I'm trying to figure out how to do that. As for ONLY talking to God when I NEED Him - I don't do that. I often just say 'thanks' and leave the prayer at that. I hope that answers your questions. Have a great day!! Craig!! :o)

Hi super question
Craig's got a point where praising is concerned. the Bible tells us to sing to him and to use insturments etc. when the Isralites went to battle the praise team went ahead of them. and the bible also says that God inhabits the praises of His saints. therefor I dont believe its the same as praising a human being. anyway lets seek the Lord about it :-)
yes I do ask for forgiveness each time I slip and the Spirit always convicts me. Thank you Jesus!
Do I love the Lord ? - If God be for me who can be against me!

Yes I do, That is the First and Greatest Commandment. Even the thought of Him brings a Joy in my Heart. I do love him All the Time, even when I'm focused on my Job. But the thing is that I do ask Him things (not litterally like "How's it going") but I'm not sure because it is sort of 50/50. But I can't love Him completely until I go to Heaven. Even though I cannot see Him.

My ONE (what you call god) is not "lord". Lord is much too lowly. It is beneath King, Emperor, Prince, etc...

Lord is a symbol of "monarchy"...My ONE, as CREATOR, is above all of that Royalty, monarchy, theocracy, democracy, technocracy etc..and UNITES them and also the poor, the sick, the disenfranchised, the labourers, the common people. In other words ALL. ONE is ALL and ALL is ONE.

ONE UNITES all of these minor Lord "gods" of the Tribes of earth all of whom call the CREATOR by different names, thinking they are all "prefered" or "chosen" of the ONE Creator. This division leads to jealousy, anger, and war. The tribal gods are petty, jealous, angry, and "warlike" or war - "LORDS".

The ONE is numeric, neutral, not gender-based (women are included in the ONE, it is not just MALE) and includes ALL (Creation). We could help stop the wars by chosing a different name for the CREATOR. One that is Global and acceptable to ALL including Aliens, if we ever meet some!!

Jesus, as a jew, did not call his CREATOR "god" or "lord" but probably Yahweh or Elohim, the jewish names for the ONE Creator. The Muslims call IT ALLAH! Some Aboriginals call IT the GREAT SPIRIT!

We are now a "global" civilization. It's time to UNITE under ONE CREATOR. ONE, UNITY, the SINGULARITY, the SOURCE, etc...

ONE has two open sounding vowels (representing energy) Both sides of one closed sounding consonnant (representing matter).
So it is an "OPEN" sounding word. The word "god" has two closed sounding consonnants (matter) sandwiching one open sounding vowel (energy). It is a "limiting" and narrow closed sounding word. The word representing the CREATOR should be OPEN, not CLOSED if it is to UNITE ALL....

The Word "god" comes from the ancient Germanic tribe called the GOTHS that invaded Rome in the 4th Century. The Goth empire is defunct and dead along with the Visigoth (children of Goth or God) and the Vandals (that gave us "Vandalism").
We could use a word from a more "elevated" tribe than the "Goths" for our CREATOR ...

I prefer the ONE...

Yes, I do to all of your questions. I am guilty for only seeking Him when I needed Him in the past, but now I don't wait.

Of course, I have absolutely no reason not to. I'm sure you'll get many idiots to "bash christians" on here. "oh no..its so bad to just be an obedient, faithful, loving, moral, and polite person in life who just happens to believe in something they don't.." The devil will use many tricks to try and tempt you but faith in God will bring you through.
