Yeah i read it in novels being called a second chin, double chin and the likes. Sometimes it just depends on the individual, if having a sense of humor it doesnt really matter whereas at other times it becomes offensive to the one having it. So be careful when using it

(double chin ) is what the most of the people would say but double chin is when one chin is divided into two horizontaly but what u are asking is i think that verticaly sometimes somepeople seem to have another chin VERTICALY ( BELOW) their chins so i don't know what that is called!
