I am buying this sofa http://www.mujionline.co.uk/catalogue/catalogue.asp?Sec=2&Sub=8&PID=124 and although its super comfortable, you can't really lie on it diagonally/sideways because it doesn't have armrests. And when you watch a movie you just don't always want to sit upstraight (or lie flat). Was thinking of getting those triangular pillows but they may fall off. Anyone else has creative ideas?

It looks like the backrests can be moved and used as pillows/armrests.

The sofa looks great. The first thing that comes to mind is getting a good, long body pillow--those always look great, and you can curl them up into any shape you want. The triangle pillows do look like they might fall off, so I wouldn't spend money on those. I have a very similar sofa that has very low armrests. Regular-sized pillows don't work well with it. I'd suggest getting some big, comfy pillows--oversized ones, or even a beanbag that you can leave nearby on the floor and pick up to lean against when you want to. That way, you can create your own little "nest" of poofy pillows whenever you're ready to watch a movie (did you ever do that as a kid?), and the pillows will add some color and extra shape to the sofa when you're not using them.

I highly recommend that you don't get this type of a sofa. I used to have one and while it looked really nice and modern - it was not comfortable or practical. When you have company over and several people sit on the sofa, the people on the ends of the sofa will not be able to relax b/c they won't have any side support. Of course you mentioned the problem of the pillows falling off. Just my humble opinion - good luck!

Why can't you just take one the back pillows and lie on it? It looks the perfect size to me.
