Orange juice, a leftover piece of veggie quiche (spinach, mushroom & tomato with cheddar cheese) and some maple syrup baked beans.
Washed it down with 2 cups of decaf coffee (I'm pregnant) with milk & a little sugar - so far, may go for the 3rd cup in a little while...

I had an egg and sausage mc muffin and a hash brown from mcdonalds. What! Its Friday! And need to eat loads as everyone from work going on a major p*ss up tonight in the city (London). Cant wait x

A big glass of orange juice, a big bowl of porridge made with porridge oats and water, with raisins, mixed nuts, sunflower seeds, linseeds and honey, and a bit of soya milk over the top, yummy and I'm good for most of the day now.
