When a woman leads a guy on that means she has a crappy relationship with the guy she is actually with and is seeking some fulfilment in flirting. If she is with someone, show her condescending pity that she is not satisfied with him and stuck.
If she is not with someone, act like you think it is because she has a skeleton in her closet. You might imply that you think she is behaving that way due to having VD or something.
Then move on ASAP and DON'T look back.
Oh, if it is an email relationship, it probably is actually a guy. I assume all women I have not met yet have a high chance of actually being gays.

Oh, that's pretty easy. Just send her an email saying you're breaking up with her while offhandedly mentioning a new girl you've met that "you've been seeing for awhile." She'll be incensed and furious.
