My favorite weirdest sandwich is so good!
I take a Hawaiian Bread Roll for the bread and slit it down the middle and butter both sides with a soft spread. The filling is real easy to make.
Take about 12 whole, fresh jalapenos and split then down one side in order to wash them out and remove the seeds. Do this under running water. Remember don't rub your eyes afterword. Then take cream cheese and stuff them. Pressing the chili back together and removing any excess cream cheese.
To make the coating for frying use the followings ingredients:
3 cups flour
2 egg yolks
3/4 to 1 cup beer (I use ice cold Steiner Boch)
Pinch of baking powder
Salt and pepper
Oil for frying
Mix this up and dip the jalapenos to coat them a few at a time and drop them in about 1 inch of medium hot oil. (Not too hot or they'll get too brown on the outside before cooking thoroughly through.) Fry them until golden brown and drain on some paper towels. Let them cool a bit or you'll burn your tongue! Place one jalapeno between a roll. Oh, and these are even delicious cold, eaten in the same way the next day, just put any leftovers into the fridge.
My mouth is watering just typing this recipe out for you. Enjoy---this is really delicious! Oh, and you get to drink the beer that was left over.

I'd say the Monte cristo. Its a Sicilian sandwich, which is turkey and or ham, cheese with a peice of bread separating the second layer of turkey and or ham and cheese. Then, its battered, deep fried in oil, and then dusted with powdered sugar, and usually served with a raspberry preserve dipping sauce. Talking about heart attack on a platter.

Sandwich 1: Cucumber slices, roasted or canned chicken, mayo, lettuce, tomato, toasted bread.
Sandwich 2: Peanut butter, mayo, toasted bread, pickle slices (an potentially mustard).
Sandwich 3: Mashed potatos, toasted bread, roasted or canned chicken, a little pepper. (rice works instead of potatos- or add both)
Each of these are cheap and delicious however bad they sound.
