Oh yes, to continually pursue you even whilst you were in a steady relationship, I'd say taking a wild guess yes or he's a whacked out psychopath!!! The big question is how do YOU feel about it? I been that other guy who's chased for ages but if you don't tell him what you feel about him you'll only end up hurting hm.

I think he prob does like you...but guys are complicated. Speaking from experience. I had this guy keep texting me n calling me etc. He would always be out when i was and always flirted wiv me. (yes i did flirt back.) But nothing ever came of it. I think sometimes guys like someone but don't wanna be wiv em....at the same time they don't want anyone else to have em! But thats just men for u!

it means he just wants what he doesn't have yet... same as everyone out there, its human nature!
If he succeeds and gets to be with you, he will loose interest and move on.
