get interested in him. Ask him questions about himself. Compliment him in the things you like about him. Discuss things you have in common. but only when you have an opportunity to: at a party, with friends, other people around. Never alone.

this will ensure he becomes aware that you exist.

When he starts to seek you out of the crowd, then try speaking with him in lowered tones and make eye contact all the time. Also try touching him when you are talking.

Find out as much about him as you possible can. Find ways to show up where he goes but only for short periods of time. Look pretty and sexy. Act as if you are never aware of him but if he catches you watching, give a short sincere smile but again don't linger.
You see, what you are doing is flirting with him but he doesn't know it. The more you seem to not notice, the more curious he will become. The good thing is he will have no idea you are chasing him...until he is caught. He'll probably think he got you all on his own.

you don't need to exert much effort regarding this, just be simple bec i believe through experience that simplicity attracts. actually, im in the same situation as you are right now and whenever he's in front of me i can't even utter a word though i do have lots to say. my friend's advise is to stay natural whenever he is around but be more interesting like letting him know that you are cool. this pretty works as well, give him the best smile whenever you see him, my brother told me that when a girl flashes a sweet smile, they can't resist to know more about that girl. good luck to both of us :)

I would just let him know by flirting a bit with him, when you do talk to him casually touch him on the arm. If he texts you then don reply straight away leave it about an hour and text back, but dont do this everytime it might lead him to think that your just being casual.
