Try using people search you can probably find him there. How old is your daughter? If she is under 18 file for child support and you should find him that way. That is what my niece did to find her dad.

This is quite easy really,just go to the post office ask to look at the electoral list and it should give you his address,if he isn`t in there,then you can easily go to the social services,who will be more than happy to help you!
