U.S.A.'s California.I have lived in this state for 27 years and every time I go on a far away trip,it feels so good to be back in Southern California.This little strip of coast line next to the water regulates the temperature of the surrounding land,making for a most enjoyable climate to live in.It is the rarest climate in the world,due to the temperature variance.It's about 13 degrees on average.Chaparral live all throughout our local mountain range.All ways sunny and beautiful in this here Southern California........Tom Science 3

America, specifically San Diego in the State of California 75 degrees year round median temp. No hurricanes, or monsoons maybe a tremor or so, very nice.

tropical countries have the best weather since they only have 2 seasons which is summer and rainy season. other northern countries have snow which can be brutal for the skin.

Ok Id say jerusalem (occupied palestine/Israel) They tend to have Moderatly cold winters (snow/rain etc...) Nice Warm springs ( grass lands, mostly green) and Hot dry summers... where most of teh green that formed dries off awaiting teh next winter) .... and Breezy / cool falls.... They experience all three seasons ... It is basically teh mediteranian climate... ie.. jordan / syria/ lebanon/ Israel,palestine/ Cyprus/Greece/South italy) Etc.....

depends on what you like? ecuador has really great weather -- equatorial but not hot because of high elevations. every day is perfect.
