sure. Do you want something for composing like pages of printed music, input from a keyboard and mouse, input from a music workstation device such as a MIDI keyboard or guitar?

Check out Apple's Garage Band, Apple Logic Pro, Propellerhead's Reason, also any software and/or hardware by Mark of the Unicorn (MOTU) and Cakewalk (Windows only).
