The Church of the Holy Sepulchre, called the Church of the Resurrection by Eastern Christians, is a Christian church now within the walled Old City of Jerusalem. The ground on which the church rests is venerated by most Christians as Golgotha, the Hill of Calvary, where the New Testament describes that Jesus was crucified. It also is said to contain the place where Jesus was reportedly buried (the sepulchre). The church has been an important pilgrimage destination since the 4th century. Today it serves as the headquarters of the Orthodox Patriarch of Jerusalem and the Catholic Archpriest of the Basilica of the Holy Sepulchre.

How do you rank importance, and why? Seems strange to me. I would think they would all be valid in their own way.

Some people may consider his birthplace to be important. Others may consider his crucifixition or burial site to fit that bill. However none of those are in Jerusalem Proper. Also, are you talking Jerusalem in his day or as it is now which doesn't look a thing like it did back then. Something that could be considered important may not even still be there with the current gov't and residents.

Well, knowing the Bible, I guess it should be the Golgotha, where Jesus was crucified. There is a temple called "Church of the Holy Sepulchre". Another alternative sceneario of the calvary was the Garden Tomb.

Yep... the burial chamber for Christ.....

Some Jews also consider the "wailing wall".....

But, I would tend to believ ethe Temple Mount would be it for Christianity.....

Because it is what is mentioned in Scripture even in Revelation...... It encompasses 3 religions and all are fighting each other for it.....
