Like many celebrites have said when they had acne they tried everything. I too have tried about everything: clearasil ultra, oxy, neutrogena pads, neutrogena clear pore mask, neutrogena oil free face wash, zapzit, Acnefree 3 step system, and the acnefree scar fade and erase.. I do want to try proactiv but I have heard bad and good things about it. But like many celebrities I have tried lots of stuff, and once they tried proactiv it worked.. But there is so much stuff by proativ, like the regular 3 step system, and now 4 step systems, and 5 step systems, those are new, but at the time when jessica simpson tried it there was only the 3 step system, and that helped her alot.. and it comes with the refining mask... so should i try the 3 step system?? people who do use it, will you please tell me how it works for you, and the price range for it, and how long it lasts??

i havent been able to try it cause im allergic to benzol peroxide, so make sure you arent as well! but ive also looked at those celebs, and it doesnt look like they really had any acne, they all have flawless skin, always have, i would think twice before i shelled out that much cash.

Use the 3-step system once per day if your acne is mild to moderate. Like any good acne medication (incl. prescription stuff) the breakouts will get worse before they get better. Give it about 6 weeks before you see a marked difference (no pun intended). Be sure you're not allergic to benzoyl peroxide or salycilic acid because those are the active ingredients.
A 3-step kit lasts me about 3 months... so that's about 240$ a year.
Alternatively, you can use Natures Cure or just find your own combination of GENTLE!!!! exfoliant, alcohol and oil-free toner and spot treatment. The harsher the drug, the more stress you place on your face, and the more likely you are to cause your skin to overproduce oil. That will just exacerbate the problem.

there is not one thing in the world that will work for everyone. i had a really bad acne problem, but i went to the dermatologist. he gave me some good stuff that made my acne go away in a couple of weeks. they have been gone ever since. check with your insurance provider, maybe you get coverage?
