I've just answered the same question, but for you hon, anything! Go down to the pharmacist and ask him for a blackhead removal tool, also for a face cleansing kit. That will do the trick! Also try and buy a face scrub cream that will keep your pores open and prevent another outbreak! keep away from fatty foods also. You have a nice day hon!

If you have oily skin, you must first try to control the oiliness. You can try products of Neutrogena facial wash or if you have Cetaphil for Oily skin. They wok well. After washing your face, you can apply thinly (at bedtime ) Tretenoin(this will help in preventing blackhead accumulation..you will see that the blackheads will come out on its own making it easy to just wipe it out..pricking is not advisable, also it helps in controlling oiliness of the skin plus anti-aging plus exfoliation of dead cells). BUT the use of Tretenoin must be monitored. There are persons who can not tolerate this well so you must first start with the lowest percentage to see if it works for you..around 0.025%.Like me, I just use it every other night. I also apply non-comedogenic moisturizer to help replenish my skin. And the use of this MUST be coupled with Sunblock everyday SPF 15 or above.Ask your dermatologist about it. Hope this helps. God bless.

ive pretty much tried everything, the best thing ive found is to lather up a bar of soap and leave the soap on my skin for ten minutes or so, this will soak up the excess oil, then i put on a moisturizer. i also change my pillow cases often to reduce the amount of bacteria that i come in contact with. cant hurt!

first of all wash your face daily with a good soap. Pat dry then use "witch hazel" available in pharmacy. Put it on with cotton ball. The use a good moisturizer. Never go to bed with makeup on.
