Most dog are fine in tropical weather, except the Pugs, Pekingese, and English bulldogs.
most of the toy breeds are fine, but Chihuahuas get too hot pretty easily if not indoors..

My Hairy Hairless Chinese Crested is a real Floridian...Love the warm sun, don't shed, don't smell (even wet) and have no problem with fleas & tick because is naked. Just be careful depending on his color he might need some sunblock. Also, they tend to sweat on their back but smart enough to move into the shade if it's too hot. Make sure the breed you choose have no known problem with their breathing because of their nose...warm weather might be to hard for them to cool off and will pant excessively.
