One day this ladies son dies and then that guy starts on her about being her daughters father. He didn't even have the decency to wait until she had the time to grieve over her sons death before he's jumpin on her. It's all about the money and press. I sincerely hope that Anna Nicole's daughter isn't his and his cold hearted greedy attempt at fame doesn't happen. HE SHOULD HAVE WAITED!!! His lawyer is no better and now she gets to be onTV!!!

I think that Larry Birkhead is the father. Certainly NOT Howard K.. Stern. Larry & Anna were together & she told him he was the father. Long before Daniel died! I think Larry is the only one of the bunch smart enough to get away but certainly not soon enough.
It is quite obvious that Danny was drunk and/or high in the daily videos shown. Anna or Howard K. Stern are always having to hold the kid up. It is all sad!
However Anna Nicole AND her lawyer are two of the most attention seeking opportunist individuals alive. SHE is the one drawing attention to HERSELF!!
Her poor son was on anti depressants, Metadone,etc. I suppose from having to deal w/ her for a crazy mama! I felt sorry for that kid as I do that little girl. Daniel had to lie in a morgue for 39 DAYS!!! While his "loving mother" had numerous interviews, a "commitment ceremony", etc. SHE IS A TOTAL NUTZO!!!
Even BEFORE his death!!!!

I am sure Daniel is at least happier now away from that loon of a mother & her equally creepy lawyer, Howard K. Stern.
There is actually a 3rd man who Anna named as a father after Larry & before Howard...
He was a millionaire but she didn't know he had had a vasectomy. LOL
She is supposed in the hospital w/ pnumonia & hooked to "many different machines" in her interview Friday. However the photos/video showed her sucking on a respitory device w/ optional ozygen mask or heldheld type & that was the ONLY thing. There were NO IV's in her nor any other "machines". It was merely a "sympathy" photo op for her!
I hope & pray that little girl IS Larry Birkheads & HE gets custody & Anna & that creep Stern are kept away!!!
If the baby is Stern's & Anna knows it then why not have the DNA test & prove it????!!!!

According to a sworn declaration by Laurie Payne, a woman who was with Anna Nicole Smith during her pregnancy, Anna confessed in phone calls and instant messages that Larry Birkhead is the father of her baby girl and that she also miscarried another unborn baby with him prior to Dannielynn.
Additionally, Payne says Anna Nicole was taking methadone and "a rather high dose of Xanax" during her pregnancy.
Her son Daniel is believed to have died from a lethal combination of methadone and other prescription anti-depressants.
In an email to Payne, Anna Nicole says she had sex three times with two people during the time of conception, and that one of the two people According to Payne, " was G. Ben Thompson (the guy kicking her out of the house that she uses in the Bahamas) and Larry Birkhead"- and then Nicole found out about G. Ben Thompsons wealth - Anna told G.Ben he was the father of her child. But turns out that's impossible because G. Ben Thompson had had a vasectomy.:
"Payne also says Anna Nicole Smith said Howard K. Stern wasn't the father even though he's listed as such on the birth certificate: "I asked her why she did not just go into a relationship with Stern, to which (Anna Nicole) responded, 'EWWW...GROSS!!! No way!! I would never!'"

Usually when there is a question about paternity, the men emphatically proclaim that they are not the father. This time, it appears that everyone wants to be the father. It has to be the money! Unfortunately, Anna Nicole is seeing how it feels to be imposed upon and fawned upon because of her wealth and her prospective fortune.

He should be more discrete, but to tell the truth I think Anna is an opportunist, she uses anything or anyone to get noticed, even the death of her Son. She should get an Oscar for her act.

i think the baby actually looks like that guy larry birkhead. they have anna on an interview on the insider with the baby, and of course you can tell anna is on drugs.
