Hey Bybell-Ree,
The passage found in Matthew 19:26 is a teaching on what our attitude should be towards wealth. In the story the rich young ruler's wealth was more important than knowing God and Jesus made an analogy that it's easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle. But even more difficult with that is saving someone from their sin. And Jesus said with men this is impossible but with God all things are possible. In its proper context the verse isn't suggesting that God is going to fulfill every one of our requests-- though if God really wanted to make you into another Elvis -- it's possible-- but i wouldn't count on it. Incidentally- i think Elvis is an awesome singer too...!
Ya ain't nottin but a hound dog...
Kindly,
Nickster

It's also written that you can move mountains with the faith of a mustard seed. If you are faithful enough, then yes, you could potentially be the next Elvis. However, if you doubt, you are on your own

Yes you can. Elvis was more than just a pretty person though, he was also thrown into jail for refusing to enlist or obey his draft notice...Besides singing "Colored" Music to white southern audiences.

The word says "possible"... which means it is subject to authority and decision......
Just because you ask, doesn't always mean that you will recieve..... After all, you are a child of God.... and as a child, you may throw a tantrum if you want, but the word "no" is also going to be given you.....

NObody will ever be like Elvis. Sorry, chief...maybe you could be like one of the Beatles, instead? They were pretty cool.
