Hermione is meant for Ron. It could be told for years, through their constant bickering, jealousy, and the way they never stayed apart for too long.
Luna is more of Harry's conscience. She's there to help Harry, but she isn't the one for him. My guess is that she'll always be somewhere by his side.
Cho is old news. Although they might have ideas of getting back together, it won't last.
Ginny is meant for Harry. They already know how it felt and didn't break up because of feelings. They feared that eachothers antics would get the others killed.
