It doesn't really make any different nowadays.
They know how to read address in American way.
I'd just make sure you PRINT each letter clearly, and don't forget to write S. Korea at the end of the address, unless, of course, it's going to N.Korea.

You can just write the address using the Roman Alphabet. It should arrive at it's destination just fine.

Write it backward from how we do it in the U.S. Start with the country, then zip code, then province, then city, then neighborhood, then street and number, then person's name.

(If you do it the American way, though, it'll still find the recipient.)
