Some kinds of Marial Arfs are based on the way animals are seen hunting and behaving in the wild. The animal gives its name to the Art form, for example, Mantis Style. I would assume Spider Kung Fu is an Art based on the way a spider moves, but i don't know for sure.

never heard of it... and wikipedia dont have it..... soooo... if u found a place that teaches it.... its either a sham or a very secret art.... the animal arts r made 2 fight like the animal the like mantis has alot of hookin and grappling type stuff... idk how u would fight like a spider... considering they have poison and 8 legs n all

I have never heard of it. Be careful before training in it.
It sounds shady to me.
China has many animal style systems but I have never heard of this one. I am skeptical....
