There are some schools that do train in mixed martial arts. Pat Miletech(sp?) system is a training system that combines boxing, wrestling, BJJ, kickboxing and other styles. You can try Matt Serra's school. For a list of school, look on http://onthemat.com/home.php under schools.

You don't train in MMA you learn Judo than muay thai than maybe alittle jujistsu or boxing and then you are a MMAist. All the guys you see in UFC and PRIDE are all martial artists. They trained for years in one dicipline than learned another to round there skills out to face fighters in freestyle competitions like UFC. There are schools that claim to teach mma but what are they teaching? Wrestling, Judo or Jujitsu, and then they teach you how to punch wildly at an opponant once you are on top of him.
Don't waste your time go for Judo or Jujitsu than once you get into it join a boxing club or kick boxing.
