"Odaijini" (take care of yourself), if anything at all. We don't have a custom of saying something to someone who have just sneezed. The phrase is commonly used for someone who's ill (one assumes that if someone sneezes, that person is catching cold).

There is a popular belief, though, that if you sneeze, someone somewhere is talking about you.

I think in Spanish it's "Salud." Health.

I don't know what they say in Japan, but when they sneeze, I think it sounds like "Pik..achu!!" Sorry, bad joke. It's late.

In Spain you say "Jesús", in Germany you say "Gesundheit".

In German it is typically "Gesundheit" which means "good health."
