my advice would be to spend some time thinking on a design that you really love. then, dwell on it for a couple months. if you're still sure that it's the design for you... then you'll want to begin your search for a reputable tattoo artist that is very skilled in doing cover up tattoos. don't just jump at the first person you find. take your time and do your research. spend some time visiting shops and looking at portfolios. don't be afriad to ask questions and definitely don't be afriad to walk out if you don't like what you see. you can even research online for artists in your area. don't stop until you find someone whose work you absolutely love. also, don't let the pricetag get in the way of your decision. chances are, the artist of your dreams may be somewhat pricey but in the end, it'll all be worth the dollars you invest.

My understanding of it is you really have to go in and have a tattoo artist take a look at your tat to see if it can be done. It all depends on the color, shape, size, etc. Only a very good artist will be a ble to do a good job at covering it up.
Also, there are heavy concealors (make up) available that cover up tattoos pretty well. I've used them on mine from time to time. DO a search on the net.

Girl,..life is not about pleasing everybody....do what you feel is ok
for you. I am 45 now, I just got a tiny red heart tat on the side of
my left eye. I get alot of compliments ! And I got another while I
was there, of a
music bar~~shaped like that, with colored music notes on it. It's
awsome. I love it. That one is probably where the one you have
is. It's above where I wear my bracelets. People like it. I am a
creative type person, so I do my own thing, but I don't get carried
away....ya know. Get a cover up. But just take ur time on what
you want. Go into the tat parlors and just look at everything.....It
will give U an idea of what you'd want for life. And love it.

I love your proposal, and props to you for being powerful by way of all of that. I desire your mom is doing good now. I such as you proposal plenty, truthfully. The stars are the one facet I might difference. They're too overdone on plenty of folks, so probably an extra functional picture might be greater to symbolize the eight of you. Maybe the primary letter of all of your names? It depends upon what you desire, quite. Good good fortune and satisfactory desires

if you absolutely hate the tattoo you have, i would have it covered up since you can't afford laser removal. or save your money for laser removal.

I'd do a cover-up, and think twice next time you get so hideously drunk.
