I was wondering if your boyfriend asked if you could wait to make love when you are married would you or would it put to much pressure on you. The only reason I ask is because I am a 24 year old virgin and I was wondering when I have a girlfriend how she will react to it. The only reason I would ask her to wait until then is because I only ever want to make love to one person in my life and that is my soul mate.

I think that it's nice that you want to wait. Most girls will be delighted!

I would love for my guy to still be a virgin when we get married and wish I could have stayed one longer. Because of pure pressure I also got intimate with my boyfriend when I was only 18. It was not because I wanted it was beacause everybody else was doing it. If I could turn back time I would have never done it.
I think it is a privilege to still be a virgin at 24

Well firstly i think its gd that ur willing to wait and that u actually have because sleeping with someone is a huge thing between 2 people, no matter how casual people are about it. So good on you! Well if the subject ever comes up between u and ur girlfirend, then u should bring it up, or if possible, find someone whod prefer to wait too. You have absolutely no reason to be scared or nervous about telling her that u want to wait, because saving urself IS agood thing, and if the girl decides that its over, just cause u wont sleep with her, then its a slightly painful, but nevertheless, effective way of telling how much she cares about u. If ur really serious about her and care for her, and she loves u back, shed wait too. Thats all i can say, and well, goodluck finding ur soulmate!

Hats off to you.
In today's racing world no-one has the patience to wait for the right person.Sex is seen as a physical experience only meant to satisfy what lies between the legs.Very few people care about relationships and the impact there actions may have on the ones they love.
Sex is beautiful. It is a union of not just the bodies but the hearts and souls of two individuals who love each other.
A sexual relationship is just that--a relationship and it carries alot of responsibility with it.Sex with someone you commit yourself to and love is the ultimate in beautiful experiences that life offers.
Me and my husband also waited for each other. We waited for four years and after that when we got married, making love has brought us closer than ever before.
We both love each other and appriciate the fact that we waited for the right person ie:each other. Its nice to be a first for each other its a unique feeling.
I respect your decision and Im sure your girl does too.
Best of luck may your love for each other grow and bring you closer.

that is a lovely thing, there should be more guys out there like you :-) as long as you find the right girl and explain how you feel and why, this shouldnt be a problem. I will admit tho that sex is a big part of a relationship and personally id be a bit worried about marrying a guy id never slept with. what if the two of you dont 'get on' in bed? but saying that, sex isnt the most important thing, and as long as you find someone who is willing to wait for you then you will be happy. i think its great that there are still guys out there who wnat to wait.................good for you :-)

How I wish i could meet someone like you. I personally would be thrilled but believe me not every gal would be. In this game you need to be prepared to lose some gals along the way, but don't worry though, your soul mate will be prepared to wait. Just a thought, have you thought about how few virgin gals are around if you want to marry one.

honestly thats a nice consept and everything, but alot of the relationship has to do with sex, you have to have a cemesty. if its not there the relationships straight down the tubes. as much as a girl might say your size dosnt matter or you we're good but u know you werent, it does matter. So i would think unless you can find a girl that has your same beleifs which would be hard these days, there might be problems. You can maybe get around it by puting toys in the mix for her, but then that might be to tempting for you. So theres really no easy answer to this question, it all just depends on the girl and her feelings.

I cant believe there are still actually some sweet guys out there. I am sure she will get over it. It shows you are a genuine guy she will probably like that. It would also be a bonus for her knowing she is the only person you will ever have been with it, makes it more special.

I wouldn't worry about it im sure it will be fine. Just dont make her wait to long to get married she might blow up. lol just kidding.

What other women think doesn't matter. What matters is that you have a certain set of values. You will find a woman that will respect those values. No one can predict how your girlfriend will react - but if you choose someone who has the same value system as you do (as we all should when we plan to marry) then you know you have a match.

You think that putting reality off long enough will make the dream be true. But a dream is just a dream and living real life takes courage. I'm not trying to tell you what to do. But it sure looks to me like you are scared of going in the water and at 24 have still not learned to swim.

Whatever you do, best of luck to you.
