Recently I went to a party with my girlfriend. We separate ways in the party and we talk to different people. At some point, my girlfriend was consistently talking to a guy. And when the party was almost over, she was still talking to him, sitting quite close to each other. I noticed her, while talking and listening to the guy, maintaining a constant eye contact, and my girlfriend messes and brushes her long hair all the time. I was not talking to anyone at that time and she did not even notice me there even though I was standing, staring at her. Does that means she was flirting?

Well, I confronted her and said that I was jealous. But she was just laughing and she said she didn't even remember him (was 4 days later). But I'm still kind of nervy.

the only thing one can say at this point is that she was enjoying his company. she felt at ease and had a good time - remember, this is common behavior at a party. you both went seperate ways on the party, so what's the deal that she was talking to a stranger?

you confronted her once and she said it's forgotten - so should you.
what do you expect her to do?

don't bring up that issue again. it will do you no good.

It's possible. I suggest you confront her and ask questions about it. If she's your girlfriend she shouldn't be flirting with anyone else, especially not in front of you.

Some flirting's absolutely harmless. Flirting with a boyfriend in the room seems odd though.

Seemed she liked that guy enough to spend the whole night yacking to him while she played with her hair, instead of getting you another drink, finding you and smiling as she leaned in to kiss you asking you how great of a time you were having hey?

Yup. If she was just talking to him I'd say you might be overreacting, but her body language shows she was more into him than you at that point. If you're serious about her, maybe you shouldn't be. Sorry.

Means she was obviously interested in this other guy....there were some kind of intentions other than just having a friendly conversation there...sry bud...
