i have a 5 year old son Andy when we watch movies he sits on my lap i notice his tummy goes up and down

I have a cousin who can roll his tummy up and down. Really funny and absolutely nothing wrong. Check with a doctor if you want to be sure.

Either he's breathing or he's digesting his meals. He could have also figured out how to "bounce" his tummy, which would also explain the action. Dosen't seem to be anything to worry about. However, if it continues to concern you, talk to his doctor.
