Which one's correct, I think it's the 2nd. one, correct me if I'm wrong, thank you.

If that's the whole question, the second one is correct.
If it's part of a longer question such as "Do you know what time he will be available?" then it's the first.

The second one is correct. In English, if a sentence begins with a question word, the verb follows immediately.
