I've been using St. Ives apricot scrub but finally realized that it's an exfoliating scrub and is therefore too harsh on my face to use everyday.
So I wanted to ask if Johnson's baby milk soap is all right to use on my face daily (up to 3 times a day if it's an active day for me)? I know it's a mild soap (cos it's for babies!) but it's a "body soap" so I don't want to take any chances and suddenly break out crazily or something.
The ingredients are sodium cocate and sodium palmitate, tetrasodium EDTA, titanium dioxide, milk protein, glycerin, mineral oil, turpinal SL, and fragrance. Would the fragrance make it too harsh?

Now for something new: Recommend me a very good, all natural face soap that won't cause dryness, acne, or wear and tear down the line!

I am a California State Licensed Esthetician (skin care specialist) and Johnsons products are NOT ph balanced to match the skin and therefore will throw off the balance of the skin on your face causing it to become drier or oilier than normal which can cause a long-term skin condition.
If you are looking for a good line of affordable skincare products try a small skincare kit from Dermalogica for normal skin types. These products are available at beauty supply stores.

I haven't used it myself but with a list of ingredients like that I would steer clear. Using it would be like putting chemicals on your face. Try a product that is organic with no nasty chemicals which could cause issues down the track.
For a natural soap try and find an oatmeal one, they work wonders, or even a soap that contains tea tree.

not sure about the johsnsons stuff for ur face. the mineral oil in it sounds questionable as far as causing breakouts.
for a natural face wash, try the brand Kiss My Face. You can get it at health food stores like Whole Foods and Wild Oats Market in the bath/body isle. I'm sure you can find it online too!

Test it first for a day or two. If it doesn't itch or doesn't cause your face to break out then you could use it. however i would suggest you use a soap that's really for the face since body soaps tend to be differently mixed. try neutrogena or celeteque.

I am so happy you asked. lol. Well, I actually use it on my face too. It feels so refreshing on my face when I finse it off. And then, after my skin has been cleansed, I use Johnsons baby milk LOTION on my face. It leaves my face feeling smooth and ababy soft. Hope I have helped you. Have a wonderful day!

It all depends on what type of skin you have. Dry, mild, sensitive?
