Just tell that little virus: Look here buddy I'm bigger and stronger than you are so stop "bugging" (lol) me, unless you want me to kick your nanometer butt.

But seriously: Flu shots are predominantly recommended for a certain risk groups/populations, such as: senior citizens, children, diabetics, asthmatics, immune compromised/suppressed patients, etc. Curiously enough, the flu shot among the healthy adult population with strong immune systems, can occasionally trigger/result in a powerful immune (and/or allergic) response, in turn mimicking the symptoms (in varying degrees) of the flu. However, keep in mind that as uncomfortable as that maybe, it is NOT the same thing as having gotten the flu. Also keep in mind, since the flu shot "composition" is different from year to year, you really cannot predict with absolute certainty how an otherwise healthy adult immune system might react to it. Pneumonia shots are also recommended for the risk group population since a bout with a cold or a flu (among many other reasons) can make them more susceptible to pneumonia, as well. In general, if you are a healthy adult who eats a balanced diet and gets enough exercise and rest, you probably wouldn't need to take the flu shot, unless of course in a pandemic outbreak.

I used to work for a company that gave out free flu vaccinations and they would try to encourage us all to get them. I never did and used to joke that I could get sick without their help! :) So many people went off sick afterwards. They are actually injecting a little of the flu virus into your system; the idea being that your immune system will learn to fight it off and you won't develop the flu at some point later. Unfortunately, for a lot of people, it developed into the full-blown flu.

I was just discussing this the other day with a friend who is very sick. Every year the doctor talks her into getting a flu shot and every time she ends up in hospital afterwards because she develops flu, which in turn develops into pneumonia. She said she will be refusing point blank to have it done this year.

The chances are quite high.
If you read just the Q and As here, you will see that the flu shot has made many people ill.

Do NOT get vaccinated.

A vaccinated person is MORE likely to get a disease than a non-vaccinated person. The whole theory of vaccination is flawed. It causes a weakening of the immune system thus making those who are innoculated more susceptible to disease.
There are so many awful side effects to vaccination that it should be considered extremely dangerous.
Just sit back and think for a while.
Is there any sense in injecting a disease directly into your body.
We have been subjected to an awful mind control program to enable the drug manufacturers to make a fortune.

If you go to the vaccination liberation web page, at

You will find all the forms necessary to provide exemption for your child.

You cannot get the flu from the flu vaccine!

You can have a strong immune response to the vaccine, which you might think is a cold.

You might coincidentally come down with a cold at the time you get your flu shot.

You will not get the flu from the flu vaccine!

You must know that they shots or vacinnations that are out there are actually a form of the virus that you are trying to get protection from. I guess it would be up to your own body and how well you take care of yourself.
