I am a single dad and hope to find a special woman. I don't do the bar scene, and am just looking to find someone who is career oriented, stable(financially and emotionally) and not looking to play games or for a free ride. Where should I go? Clubs? Museums? $500 a plate dinners at the Republican convention?

I hear some good stuff about eHarmony.

A Republican convention isn't a bad idea. You'll get to meet women with the same values as you. And that's pretty important. But the whole $500 thing? Hmmmm.

You could find it everywhere.. Ok, I know this answer doesn't help, but seriously.. you never know where you'll find a soul mate. Usually at the place you least expect, but I think you could start everywhere.. most people would suggest places you're comfortable with, or you're interest in. If you like clubs or museums, go there. But I would suggest try new places too, you'll never know what you'll get. :) in short, look everywhere. She's waiting for you. Good luck.
