If you are a high school aged guy or younger then I would say Yes! It doesn't matter how long you have talked because she may really be into you. Plus its not like you are asking her on a date or something. If you are older, I would say no because when you are older you go out for coffee or a date first. This is because a woman doesn't know if a guy is a stalker and probably wont want to give you her phone number just in case. But she will usually trust her judgment after a first date or she will tell you that she will call you. But, when you are still in high school or younger getting the phone number is the first step.

It depends. If she shows interest and you want to talk more, go ahead and ask for her number. If you aren't sure about it and think that you will run into her again, then wait.
