1. Do activities around your house to burn calorie. Gardening, tidy up your house, rearrange your furniture.

An empty stomach means your glucose level in the blood is decrease. To prevent this, don't starving yourself. Eat something but in a small portion. It's just enough!

If you drink alot of sugary drinks like soda, juice etc..just cutting those out can save you hundreds of calories per day. The key is to burn more calories then you take in.
Look up the book, Be a Loser. 15 minutes of breathing exercises that are perfect for the lazy person and it really works. If you rather have a dvd of the same program look up Body Flex on hsn.com in the clearance section. They are selling it for 7 bucks and I can tell you it works. I lost 7 pounds in the last two weeks and I didn't diet while doing it. Al I did was this program.

i dont know if you have, but if you cut soda and go with a lot of ice water it helps a lot, thats really an easy and lazy way, ice water is good cause your body will try to heat it to body temp. burning more calories.
