Just be honest and forthright. It's hard but telling the truth isn't rude if you try to be tactful. Whatever you do don't lie. No one is worth lying to and she deserves to know the truth so she can move one.

Sometimes it's better to show then tell. Because it's no right way to tell someone that your not interested. So kind of back away from her.. and she'll get the idea. May be easier that way :)

Just meet her in a normal way and dont express your feelings. Treat her like other general people around you. she will understand herself that you now not interested in her. I think you dont need to be rude.

Just tell her how you are interested in some girl and ask her for advice on how to get that other girl. Then she'll realize you don't like her. Easy as pie.

sometimes you simply have to put it right that way, I really dont want to be rude but your persistance makes it so that i must tell you , im not interested and do not bother me again.

That is a hard question. It's going to be hard cuz no matta wut, she's going to be hurt. I think the most common thing that people say is, "I'm not looking for a relationship right now."
