Generally it is caused by your digestive flora being out of whack. You can eat plenty of yogurt with live active cultures or take acidophillus capsules to help get your digestive system back on track.

chillies,onion's and baked beans i love those foods and need to avoid them so i don't get to fart alot...lol

you may be swallowing alot of air when you chew your food and some food also cause gas like beans.

I think it depends on what you eat, but fruits can also cause alot of gas in your system. hehehehe

i believe its the build up of gases in your body, mainly due to the food you eat...as these gases can be toxic to your body, your body has to get rid of it...either through fart or sometimes body odour...that's why some people, when they perspire, they stink...

taking in alot of air when you eat, or eating 'gassy' foods like beans, lentils, peppers etc

Watch what you'e eating. I know with me, it's wheat. If I eat a lot of it, I get very bloated and windy.
