as a lesson learned? Why do Christians judge? Why are Christians so intollerable? Why do non believers keep trying to imply that Christians are supposed to be perfect followers of their religion?

This was a sarcastic question. I just though i'd put all the reocuring questions into one. Its so boring to see the same ones, over and over. Christians are not perfect. No one is.

Maybe non christians should say to christians that are being judgemental, "that's not a very Christ like attitude," or "I will pray for YOU, to become more humble"

Well as far as the Bible I read it and I take it literally. If I don't understand it I read the Strong's concordance. Whether it be in Hebrew or the Arabic translation, I read the translation and then understand it better. As far as the judging part I think we all do it one time of or another. It's wrong and we shouldn't do it, as we know. Being intolerable, again we all are one time or another, even unbelievers. The ones who don't believe do think and criticize us a lot when we do human things, like judge, intolerance, gossip, or any other sin they can catch us in because it makes them feel better and possibly superior. If we were perfect, we would be Jesus!

It's not that christians are supposed to be perfect followers of their religion. THere is no way to do that since no one knows what christianity actually was meant to be anyway. All they have now is a book written by men that borrows heavily from other religions How can you follow that mish-mash perfectly.

I think it is implied that they are not perfect when christians feel the need to quote scripture (taken out of context and written by men to suit there own purpose at the time anyway) and made up beliefs to act like they are better than someone else. That is when non-believers imply that they are NOWHERE near perfect as they think;

Christians are people, and as humans we have all the same traits, as long as we are in this sinful nature, we make mistakes..& hopefully learn from them. Religions do not make people different, or better..they just give people a "program" to follow. Christians are called to be judges (but we are not to CONDEMN..that is God's job alone!) We are what some concider to be "intolerable" because our Lord calls us to be a peculiar people, set apart from the rest of the world...non-believers of the Christian way will always hold up the unfaithful as examples, so to turn ignorant people away from seeking the truth.

Christians should not TAKE - instead they should give. Greatest commandment: Love thy neighbour as much as you love thyself.

Nobody judges, only God (on Judgment Day). Therefore, we should try not to be judgmental. Because most Christians put themselves atop the pedestal that they are the chosen to be in God's kingdom, they create a perception of "living by the words of the bible" and therefore God's children - and ask yourself, what is expected of God's children (except to be perfect followers of their religion.

Your right, they do judge others. When it is none of anybody's
business what anyone else does. As long as you aren't hurting
yourself or anyone else. That is exactly why I don't go to church.
Pressure to conform. Conform to their ideals, how to dress, act,
talk, what kind of music to listen to. They are all clones. Where
is there room for individualism? I am ME. I am not YOU. So why
do religous fanatics want to push their views on everyone. I would
rather stay home and pray and read my bible. I love different
things and different people. That's why no one else has the same
fingerprint. Strange isn't it ?

There is none perfect, no not one. The Word of God says that we all have sinned and fallen short of the Glory of God. God knew that we all would sin. That is why He sent His Son, Jesus to die out on the cross for us. Do you think that God would have sent His Son to die if we could do it for ourselves? I think not. We all strive to be like Jesus. Yes we all fall short. But the Word of God says that a righteous man falls seven times. Do you know what makes him righteous? No it is not because he is without sin. It is because he gets back up, asks for forgiveness and try it again, and again, and again, etc.

because the christians act like we should be perfect followers fo their religion. and then they prove that they themselves are not.

the top man against Gay Marriage...turns out to be Gay..not only gay but getting it from a prostitute.

*****************************************************

but meanwhile because of his political pressure.

I(a legally ordained minister) have problems preforming marriages for people that truly love each other simply because the government listened to this idiot and started the whole gay marriage ban. so they have to suffer the consequences of his hyprocricy.

how the hell is that right.
