What about 5 million? What if by dying, you could save those people from eternal torment? And you are an alleged "sinful" human! Yet humans give up their lives to save, even strangers, from death.

So, who makes the bigger sacrifice? A "perfect" god, who stays dead for 3 days, to save all of humankind forever? Or this human guy in Seattle who died trying to save two kids in a car accident?

the guy in seattle.

a human god (if he is a true god) really has nothing to loose and because he is who he is he has nothing to worry about. he will live forever anyway so what is a mortal shell to a god.

the guy in seattle gave his life when he ahd no proof that there was an afterlife and did it to save 2 innocent children. he gave everything that he had or may ever have to save someone else.

If it is about saving human lives while they are still alive but just in danger of being killed that has been made possible by our soldiers in Iraq and other parts of the troubled countries. But if you are talking about their "sins" or my "sins" no one can be held accountable for that except the individual who committed such sin. If my righteousness is rewarded to myself only because I did right, why then should I ask somebody to save me from my wickedness when I am supposed to be charge against it? Read Ezekiel 18 and Deuteronomy 24 about who dies for his own sin and tell me if what they said about Jesus dying for our sins was really needed or just the religious deceptive propaganda to keep us ignorant.

The perfect God of course.

If he didn't rose to life on the third day than that means he is not God and his sacrifice was in valid.

Praise be to God that he did rose and he is God and his sacrifice is valid.

That guy who risked his life to save those kids from dying, but has he save them from eternal tourment?

No, Jesus has though.

Why are you bashing on a guy who died trying to save two kids in a car accident? He saved two more lives than most people.

My life is too precious to sacrifice it for the whole world. I do not want to be a hero by dying, I want to be a hero by living. I prefer to stay unknown than sacrificing myself for others to live. I love myself so much that I am not even a patriot. I am life.

Actually no one can answer this question correctly. The person who just said that you are you crazy might just do it.Its the moment.A person who might claim to do might just freak out. That's why in many instance least likely people, strangers help u more. One might even sacrifice his life for others .These are not exactly planned its just the moment....I would say that Blessed moment

You can volunteer if you want to but Jesus died for all of mankind. Therefore you cannot compare man to what God did for us. When someone dies to save another great is his reward in heaven.

WHAT IS YOUR POINT?
JESUS IS THE PERFECT GOD WHO DIED FOR THREE DAYS.
THE BIBLE SAID" NO GREATER LOVE THEN THIS THAT A MAN LAY DOWN HIS LIFE FOR HIS BROTHER."
THE MAN IN SEATTLE DID A GREAT THING.
BUT YOU CAN NOT COMPARE IT TO WHAT JESUS DID AT ALL.
I MIGHT BE WILLING TO DIE FOR SOME---BUT I WOULD NEVER GIVE MY CHILD FOR ONE.
