When I was born.

About 15 minutes after the cord was cut, Mom and I had a long discussion about G-d. I remember I said "Mom, it's unusual to begin subscribing to such concepts before I even eat my first meal, but the idea a deity is intriguing...please tell me more."

In all seriousness....I remember believing in G-d for as long as I can remember.

I was "born" into the church-meaning-i was there every sunday and friday night from the time i exited the womb until i rebelled at 16.... Up until the age of 9, I thought the Preacher was God, and that we were going to church every Sunday to worship God-the preacher.... When I learned of God, it was hard to grasp..at 1st i thought ok-Santa claus turned out to be a fake- then the Easter bunny--then the tooth fairy... Ok what if this is another Adult lie.. So it took quite awhile before I started to believe-About 13 years old

I always believed in one God but had difficulty connecting to the religious background of my parents (they had expected me to follow suit). I started really believing when I searched for my spiritual home as an adult. I picked up the Holy Book and started reading it by myself with an open mind. When I reached the end I made a life changing decision to live the way of the scripture and my life did completely change. I have been blessed in more ways than I ever imagined. God is Greatest!

I was about 7 or 8.... My grandmother, who was not particularly religious and not into the Scriptures had told me.....

I had a bible tract... It was a small little stapled picture book which someone had given me and I took it home.... The book I remember was a cute little boy who was nearly beaten to death by his father for not begging for enough money for him when he returned..... so his father kicked him out of the house.... He went to live on the streets in a cardboard box saying: "nobody loves me".... But, a little girl saw him and wanted to help.... She began telling him that someone loved him and spake to him about Jesus and asked if he wanted to be saved... he said yes.... After he accepted Jesus she went to get him help, but he died and an angel had come to gather his spirit........ He asked if anybody loved him and the angel said that Jesus loved him.....

So, I showed it to my grandmother and asked her who Jesus was and she told me more about him......

I got baptized at the age of 9......

For as long as I can remember I have always had knowledge of and believed that there was God. Someone told me. I have gone to church all of my life but God was taught in my home as well. When I was younger I held on to my parents and the older people at my church teaching of who God is. Now that I am an adult, I have come to know who God is for myself. And He is everything they said He is and much much more.

As a child you follow the religion of your parents. When you grow up, u try to understand it for yourself and then start believing in it gradually.

When I was a child, I believed what my parents told me. As I grew up and started thinking for myself, I realized that it's illogical to believe in a god whose existence cannot be proven.

when i was old enough to understand delusional concepts.

I stopped believing when I learned enough about science...no wonder why the dark ages happened, all the theists started burning science books because too much free thought was occuring. Better start burning them again christians and theists.
