II am living with my boyfriend of 6 months. I care for him and he loves me but we fight constantly. When I say "Fight" I mean full blown throw down. Blood, bruises, police involved. I miss my ex boyfriend who bought me a $10,000 engagement ring last spring but I got cold feet. I love him, but my current boyfriend loves me.
Im so confused and it sounds so petty..I know

You need to leave your abusive relationship as soon as possible. No matter what he says, no one that loves you would harm you physically. Someone that would give you bruises and make you bleed has no regard for your physical, emotional, or mental health. You need to evaluate why you are still with him after the treatment that you received. Are you on the rebound because you are truly in love with your ex? Be truthful. You may still love your ex, but marriage is a lifetime commitment that you should not make if you are not 100% sure. And there is no reason why you have to stay with either one of them. It sounds like you might need some time to be single and figure out what you really want. Take some time to focus on YOU. And for God's sake, get away from the abuser. You know in your heart what's right...or else you would not have posted this message.

Well the current situation sounds just plain dangerous and you need to leave it before someone gets hurt seriously. As for the ex boyfriend, only you know the value of the relationship. If I were you, I'd distance myself from both of them for a little while until you can think clearly, then either go back with the ex or move on.

Then take some time to get your s*** together!
You would not be good for your old boyfriend at this time, not with your state of mind being what it is right now.
You need to be alone for awhile and do some deep thinking.
