Ok first thing you need to remove that program. Here are the steps.

1. Find out in which folder it is installed. Typically it will go and sit in C:\Program Files\XXXXXXX. Go to that folder XXXXXXX and SHIFT+Delete it. There now your program is gone.

2. Download REGCLEAN software which cleans off the registry entries created by this software.

3. If you get "Cannot delete file, File in use" error, then start the system in "Safe Mode" and try deleting the file.

4. If this is a Malware which normally puts back a DLL or something in some place or alters other Registry entries. So you need to google it and Im sure you will find remedy scripts/steps.

Hope this helps.

Are you sure that this program is a virus? If it isn't a virus, I have a simple way to remove it. You installs this program again, and then remove it. If it is a virus, I have no idea.

Run your anitvirus and ad aware scanners, and let it do it's thing. If that doesn't find anything, then simply delete the files off of your computer.
