Is there a waiting period, etc.?

In most states there is no waiting period but there may be a few restrictions (i.e. age), here is a list of states/cities and countries laws about them...

p.s.- Even though the website does call it "non-lethal", you should consider it "less-lethal", because tasers can be deadly even when used properly.

There's no waiting period, you can buy it over-the-counter in most states. Lethal protection is always the last resort, non-lethal protection is not only accessible, its your right to have a plan.

Yes...this week. If the liberals take over after next week's election that answer will probably change.

Don't know so I hope this question is answered by someone .
I e-mailed my congressman and senator but they don't answer even after their bot says they will ..... I strongly believe in
nonlethal protection.
