For heavens sake avoid them like you would avoid leeches.I mean these personality improvement people.I have seen from Dale C to Anthony Robbins all they wanna improve is their bank balance exploiting people.They may really believe thay are helping but trust me most of these trainers need help themselves.At worst read some of their books.Please try Chinmaya mission and Ramakrishna mision books and seminars etc before burning money on these...............IM me if you wanna discuss this.The very fact that you wanna be better in some way is enough you will improve.That which you admire determines your future think.
Please avoid wasting money on these people.
I recommend a series of 3 cassettes called"You change"by Swami Chinmayananda availiable at Chinmaya mission.
Even a 10 rupee booklet from these places is 1000 times more helpful then the endless searching for a black cat in a dark room kind of theories these trainers give.
Please learn from other peoples mistakes.You make new ones:) do not repeat same mistakes.
