Sadly, yes.

I know someone who tried meth when she was 10. An older friend gave it to her. She only tried it once then, but was thinking about trying it again recently. She's only 13 now. Both her parents are alcoholics.

My mom had a patient who was around 13 years old and already had signs of liver damage from alcohol abuse. She'd be drinking heavily since she was about 6 years old. Her younger sibling was also abusing alcohol. They lived with their grandmother who was too sick to go downstairs.

Kids as young as 10, and even younger, are recruited into gangs because they're too young to be tried as adults in court. The courts set lower and lower ages to try kids as adults, and the gangs just recruit younger and younger kids. They use those kids to traffic drugs, among other things.

I don't know what you consider little kids, but yes they do. You will find a lotve 13 year olds using drugs and 11 year olds drinking no a days. It is sad and when kids start that young it usually leads them into the road of addiction through out there adult years. I personally started using when I was 13 and could not stop till I was 20. Not all kids will go through that type of addiction though, it just all depends on there situation and what sortve resource's they have offered to them and also if there willing to stop, because ultimately its up to the addict to stop.

I've heard of nine year olds, but mostly around 12, 13 is when they start experimenting. (Not all kids do so)
I don't think they're bad kids, but if it's laying around the house, and the parents don't bother to hide it, it's a clear message that it's okay.
It can lead to very tragic consequences. YOu may as well leave a loaded gun in an unlocked drawer.

Yes, their parents give them Ritalin and other stimulants for adhd/add and they get high. By age 10 or 13 they are selling the pills to their friends.

that is a horrible question, yes, sadly some do, but be more specific, you are saying all little kids, and it isnt their fault for the ones that do, it is because of horrible/ little/ or no parenting
