My dad is a pussy from norway who never takes risks because he's afraid theyll lead to his deportation. I am 18. Today he found my weed stash because i didnt really care if it got discovered. He told me that it would get him deported if it was found in my possession even though i am an "adult". Can he get deported if for some chance it was discovered in my 18 year-old possession in the house?

It depends. Under our present "war on drugs" a homeowner can be held responsible for drug activity taking place in his/her home. Whether or not the INS decides to deport him is a different matter.

Not only can this action by you, (having an illegal substance in the house, regardless of your age), lead to the deportation of your father, but it can also lead to the confiscation of his house, his car, and his bank accounts.
Regardless of your age, it's still his house, and if the police want to get nasty, they can take everything he owns and deport him in the process because it'll be discovered that he's over here illegally.
I'm hoping when he found your stash, that he flushed it down the toilet, where all good drugs belong. And I also hope he's told you to move out. Not only are you inconsiderate of your father, you're selfish and arrogant and old enough to move out if you want to take that kind of attitude with the man that supported you all your life.
I don't like the idea of illegals being in the country, but for one to have such an uncaring, inconsiderate son, makes me feel sorry for the man.
Grow up and stop jeopardizing your fathers life.

1. It's obvious that your disregard to hurting your family because of your selfish actions is really disgusting. your being 18 does not mean you are an adult obviously you still need some growing up to do. Adults are people who think of the consequences of their action and do or at least try to do the right thing. You just don't care or think. Maybe you should layoff the pot.

It is very possible, if he is in the country after his visa expired. I am Norwegian and I will tell you Norwegians just do not like drugs. Period. It is a part of their psyche. You could have 100 bottles of beer in your room if your 16 but drugs are a big no, no.. Just keep your business to yourself, and don't keep it in the house, find a place that is safe for you to keep the stuff in. outside the house, you're 18, smart enough to find a private spot... vare trygg...

It's in the house, period. If they want to make a big fuss over it whether it's yours or not, they can but I doubt it. It's just weed. Plus, if you're 18 in your parents house and being disrespectful like that, you need to get out and get your own.
